2. All table tennis tables are shipped via curbside shipping. Someone must be present at the time of delivery. The driver needs your assistance in unloading your table, and leaves the table at the curbside. The freight company will call you at your delivery address to ensure that you are present when item has to be delivered.

Types of Deliveries

Residential Delivery: Delivery made to home, school, church, camp, prison, or any place not zoned commercial or that doesn't have docking facilities. LTL Carriers will not make deliveries where stairs are involved. Ex: basements, 2nd floor, apartments without freight elevators, etc.
Curbside Delivery:  Residential delivery to the curb with the customer providing help for the driver to get the freight off the end of the truck.
Lift gate Services: Items delivered to your curbside is lowered to the ground from the truck but will then have to be picked up to move.
Inside Delivery:   Items delivered to the curbside, lowered from the truck with your help then delivered to the first enclosure like your garage, carport, etc.
Two-Man Delivery: Items delivered to your curbside is lowered from the truck which includes another worker on the truck to assist in the delivery.
Home Delivery: Item is delivered to your basement or stairs, then removes cartons and does light assembly.
Terminal Delivery: In case you are not home, you may have it delivered to your business or a nearest terminal wherein you will be informed through phone call that your item is ready for pick up. In case you have not picked up the item for too long, a Storage Fee may apply.

Estimate charges of these services are the following:
$40-$150 for Liftgate Delivery
$40-$75 for Inside Delivery
$60 an extra man per hr with minimum of 2 hours for Two-Man Delivery
$100-$250 for Home Delivery. Freight charge will depend on your location. For an accurate charge, a freight quote should be requested.

Shipping Time:

Tables are shipped directly from the warehouse to you by freight line. The table should reach the terminal nearest to you within one to two weeks of being shipped (this time frame varies depending on location). Once the table reaches this terminal, the shipping company will call you to set up a delivery appointment.


Before Signing Delivery Receipt:

The manufacturer and shipping companies do their best to ensure that your table arrives on time and without any damage. However, sometimes, damage does occur in shipping. It is therefore very important that you inspect the table before signing the delivery receipt. Take your time when you receive the table, and make sure you are satisfied before signing. Once you sign, you have absolved the shipping company of any responsibility and it is almost impossible to have a claim honored. If there is a problem, make sure the driver clearly writes the problem on the delivery receipt, and please contact us as soon as possible.
